How do guests sign up?
- During checkout with phone or email.
- On Toast Go 2.
- Linking the credit card during checkout.
How do guests earn rewards?
- Guests will earn 10 points for every dollar they spend.
- Points are only earned on pre-taxed, non-discounted amounts.
- Guests do not earn points on tips or taxes.
How can guests redeem points?
When guests pay for an order in-store with a credit card linked to their loyalty account, they will automatically be prompted to redeem their reward if they have enough points.
- Guests can select "Add Rewards" during checkout while on a kiosk.
- A pop-up will appear where guests can then add their account by swiping a credit or debit card that is linked to their account.
