We can provide a private chef, custom menus, a cocktail bar, and even live entertainment... either in your home or event space or in our restaurant in Uptown, State & Allen Lounge. We specialize in designing bespoke menus for you and your guest's tastes, and in building menus around a theme. In the buffet section of our site, you'll find themed menus that range from the "Latin Passion" to the "Roman Feast," but the sky is the limit. Here in Texas where parties get a bit wild, we are accustomed to unusual requests and relish the opportunity to set a challenge for our chefs.
